Fiumicino International Airport - Rome (FCO): 2 hour drive to La Pescaia. This option is recommended as there will be the most flight options and easiest to travel via train or car.
Flying to Italy
Florence Airport - Florence (FLR): 1 hour and 50 min drive to La Pescaia.
Pisa International Airport - Pisa (PSA): 1 hour and 30 min drive to La Pescaia.
Getting To Tuscany: Rental Car
Tuscany is easily reached by car from Rome, Florence and Pisa airports. Plus, you will have some great views along the way. Renting a car will also allow for more flexibility if you want to do any excursions outside of events. Parking is available at all accommodations. The usual companies are available such as Hertz, Europcar and Avis.
Getting to Tuscany: Train
You can also get to Grosseto by train from Rome or Florence. From Rome this can take between 1.5 to 2 hours and costs an average of 25 eur per ticket. From Florence, this can take 2.5 to 3.5 hours, and costs around 30 eur per ticket.
You will then need to take a taxi from the Grossetto train station to your accommodations (less than 20 min). At Grosseto train station, there is a preferred taxi line just in front of the station.

Getting to Tuscany: Private Driver
If you don't want to rent a car or take the train from the airport, a private driver is a great option. They can pick you up from whatever location in Rome or Florence to your reserved accommodation, and take you back to the airport after the festivities.
